We accept VISA, MasterCard (EuroCard), and American Express.  You can also wire funds to our account.  To receive bank routing and account information, please contact our order desk.

We accept purchase orders from all Fortune 1000 companies.  Simply fax the purchase order to (919) 287-2230, or mail it to 5007 Southpark Drive, Suite 240, Durham, NC 27713 USA.  For purchase orders, please include part numbers, item names, and shipping information for all products with the PO.

International Orders

We can do Electronic Delivery for International Orders. This enables you to avoid long postage and customs delays, and
higher postage costs.

This service is available only for orders originating outside the United States. For US orders, please check the order form for Overnight Shipping Arrangements.

To receive your package electronically, please follow these instructions:

  Select the package you want to order, and note the price.

  Ask your bank to perform an International Wire Transfer. The funds must be in US dollars and, you, the originator of the transfer, must pay all transfer fees. Our bank routing and account information is the following:

  Complete our standard order form, selecting Electronic Delivery in the Shipping & Handling section. Make sure you include an email address on the order form. That's where the software will be sent.

  In the Comments section of the order form, please include any reference numbers the bank will provide you with.

  We will email you the software immediately after our bank notifies us of the transfer. This may take anywhere from 24 hours to 3-4 business days, depending on how fast your bank sends the wire. Please do not inquire about your order status before making sure that your bank has completed the funds transfer.
