Working with the new QuickBooks ADO.NET Data Provider is easy. As a fully-managed .NET Data Provider, the Google provider integrates seamlessly with the Visual Studio development environment as well as any .NET application.

 

Visual Studio Integration - Server Explorer

As an ADO.NET Data Provider, QuickBooks ADO.NET Data Provider can be used to access and explore QuickBooks data directly from the Visual Studio Server Explorer.


It's easy. As a standard ADO.NET adapter developers can connect the Server Explorer to QuickBooks ADO.NET Data Provider just like connecting to any standard database.

  1. Add a new Data Connection from the server explorer and select the QuickBooks Data Source

  1. Configure the basic connection properties to access your QuickBooks account data.

Explore all of the data available! QuickBooks ADO.NET Data Provider makes it easy to access live QuickBooks data from Visual Studio.

  1. After configuring the connection explore the feeds, views, and services provided by the QuickBooks Data Source.
  2. These constructs return live QuickBooks data that developers can work with directly from within Visual Studio!
